Why sign up for White Glove?

Aero offers multiple different resources to help you implement your new Aero account, but sometime firms want a more customized experience. White Glove onboarding is for firms who:

  • Don’t have time to devote to setting up their account
  • Need their account set up quickly and correctly
  • Want their setup to be guided by a workflow expert
     

How does it work?

Aero will take you through a guided setup that allows us to do the bulk of the work setting up your Aero account and leaves you free to concentrate on what you do best: delivering client services.

How much does it cost?

Basic

  • Customer and contact info imported as needed
  • Documented procedures imported for you
  • Early access to the Aero Library Basic Content
  • Schedule all services for up to 50 clients*
  • Custom implementation initial Aero setup
  • Import template for customer Vault entries
  • Customized training tasks created for your team
  • Dedicated Slack support channel during setup and for 2 month following
  • Dedicated customer success manager

Standard

$1500One-time fee
  • Guided set-up of QuickBooks Sync
  • Customer and contact info imported as needed

  • Custom implementation initial Aero setup
  • Import template for customer Vault entries

Deluxe

$2000One-time fee
  • Guided set-up of QuickBooks Sync

  • Custom implementation initial Aero setup
  • Import template for customer Vault entries

  • One hour custom team training session + 30-minute follow-up session
  • Guided setup of Zapier integration
  • Two-hour guided procedure writing session
  • Import customer data into vault

*services scheduled using Library and imported procedures.

All fees are in US$ and are charged at the beginning of the program.

White Glove onboarding is completely optional. Firms can (and do) setup up their Aero accounts with the outstanding setup support that is available to all Aero users at no additional cost.
