Once you’ve set up recurring work, you’re done. You don’t have to worry about ‘rolling over’ to the next occurrence– Aero takes care of that for you. Occurrences of recurring client work show up automatically on the assigned user’s dashboard when it’s time to do that work.
Create and track one-time tasks
Unexpected and unplanned work can derail your day – and is a major factor in scope creep. Aero Workflow’s quick create menu helps users quickly transform an unscheduled client request into scheduled client work with built-in time tracking that will flow into the reporting and tracking features of Aero.
Users also have the ability to forward client emails into Aero, turning email requests into tracked client work.
Organize Resources
Make sure the resources your staff need to do their work are located in a secure and central location. Embedded inside each task window is the client information a user needs to get the work done, including:
- client activity history
- names and contact information for client contacts
- information stored in the client vault such as usernames and passwords, small bits of information, links to other online client resources
